Delete your account

You can delete your Conneqti account at any time from the app: open Menu → Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password.

Your account is deactivated right away: you’re signed out everywhere, other people can no longer see you, your chats close and your pending requests end. If you change your mind, sign in again during the waiting period and choose Cancel deletion.

When the waiting period ends we delete your sign-in and email address, date of birth, profile and photos, goals and answers, Connvent memberships, requests, notifications and the text of your messages (people you chatted with see “Message deleted”). Connvents you host end. We also delete your analytics data.

Reports you made or received and any moderation records are kept for safety under an anonymous ID that can’t be linked back to you, for 12 months, then deleted.

After 30 days your profile, answers, photos, connections and messages are permanently deleted.
